Analysis of the main problems in the workforce competence assessment and management in the education system and the system for qualification and requalification – 2013

The purpose of this document is to analyze the national, regional and sectoral levels of the current legal and institutional position on issues related to vocational education and training and higher education, as well as the evaluation of the competence of the workforce, taking into account the existing European, national and industry requirements and standards to help achieve the main objective of the project, namely: increasing adaptability, efficiency and balancing supply and demand in the labor market. Contribution towards the upper end is included in the 2013 "Study of correlation between the state and the expectations and needs of the business."

Methodology for developing self-teaching resources in e-learning

This document describes the methodology for the development of materials for self-study for testing of digital competence through the use of the e-learning platform ILIAS. E-learning provides an opportunity for individual training, without the need for participation in group training sessions like "face to face". Significant advantage of this type of training than other forms is the ability to prepare at any time and any place. E-learning allows flexibility in the choice of training lessons. The document is a brief summary of the theoretical basis and current research into the development of e-learning. The basic concepts, models and approaches used in the development of e-learning are there. Scheduled is the basis on which is developed and structured e-learning. Discussed are the stages through which the process of development. Presented is an example of screen content, structured input into the platform ILIAS. Presented is an example of learning by doing, based on the scenario. In the third part of the analysis are outlined some key moments in the development of e-learning. Derived are some basic principles for developing an effective e-learning. The last section of the document contains the annexes to the methodology. Applications include methodological guidelines for the development of the structure of the e-course; the contents of electronic lesson, examples, and media elements, and checklists for checking the screen content.
