These guidelines were created within the national project for the development and implementation of information system for assessing the competence of the workforce in sectors and regions and aim to help create, implementation and effective use of management based on competencies through objective analysis and evaluation of posts, creating operational competency model and develop maps for competence assessment.

Developing a sector competence model and a competence profile for workforce competence assessment

The purpose of this document is to provide the framework requirements in the compilation of a sectoral model, sector competency model and competency profiles for key positions. Proposed are frameworks to compile a sectoral model, which includes sectoral competency model, competency profiles office, and additional elements - knowledge and skills required for the development or acquisition of a competence, job descriptions and others.

Developing a scorecard for workforce competence assessment and rules for assessing the cluster included competences

Below are various rules and map variants depending on the purpose of the entity and its readiness. Summarized are the rules for assessing the competencies included in the cluster as an emphasis on the following tools: interviews, focus groups and generic libraries.

Research and testing of innovative methods for competence assessment

The purpose of this document is to provide innovative approaches to competency assessment and in particular the personal competencies identified as key to the success of the companies to offer a reasoned choice for simulation models for competency assessment and the results of its approbation in an enterprise and two positions in it. The methodology involves the use of surveys conducted within the information system for competency assessment to determine the expectations and requirements to competence in companies in the country, as well as the methods used to define them; after examining innovative and respectively simulated methods for assessing competencies is selected a specific simulation model - assessment center, which has been tested in an establishment and two positions.
