Study of the labour market in Bulgaria - 2014

This study focuses on the current and future demographic problems in the labor market and the ensuing threats and risks. They were discovered and classified several sources: declining population, aging, migration, there was added thereto and another source: the quality of human capital. Analyzed are the processes, problems and trends in the labor market, taking into account the impact of the demographic situation and the market situation. For this purpose, a description of the labor market is given by tracking the dynamics and levels of the main indicators of economic activity, employment and unemployment, labor income / RE / and labor costs of employers. Highlighted are the regional, sectoral and status differences in the labor market, which have traced the differences in the main indicators of the dynamics of the labor market in comparison: Bulgaria - European Union. On this basis, they revealed factor correlations, trends and expectations, systematized the problems outlined are guidelines, policies and specific tools for their realization.
