Analysis of the workforce competences in the meat processing sector – 2013

The document updates the key indicators / economic and employment / for sector "meat processing" on national and European level, the main factors influencing the development of human resources - competence models of workforce, expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020, strategies and approaches to managing and motivating human resources and enhancing the competencies, expected new professions and jobs, scarce jobs and professions. There have been major conclusions, focused on the goals and objectives of the project. Recommendations related to the change in regulations are formulated.
