Analysis of the workforce competences within the sector of investigation and security activities (summary)

The purpose of this document is to present the current status, trends, current problems and needs in the sector "Activities On Security and Investigation". The analysis contains a deep investigation on the human capital, regulatory framework, business environment, the location of the sector in the economy of Europe and Bulgaria. Analyzed are key staff groups, as are presented in detail the basic requirements for the different staff groups. The issues concerning the education and professional training as key factors and driving forces for change were examined. Special attention is paid to policies and forecasts for the development of human resources, and expectations for change in knowledge, skills, professions and competentions.

Analysis of the workforce competences in the meat processing sector – 2013

The document updates the key indicators / economic and employment / for sector "meat processing" on national and European level, the main factors influencing the development of human resources - competence models of workforce, expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020, strategies and approaches to managing and motivating human resources and enhancing the competencies, expected new professions and jobs, scarce jobs and professions. There have been major conclusions, focused on the goals and objectives of the project. Recommendations related to the change in regulations are formulated.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the Tourism sector – 2013

The document deepens the study of trends in human resource management in the sector "Tourism", taking into account expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020. Leading focus in the study is a probabilistic forecast of new skills, competencies and occupations in the sector, together with an outline of scarce jobs, professions, specialties, skills and competencies. Special attention is paid to the analysis of human resources - structure and probability scenarios for development. Analyzed are main groups of staff, job descriptions for different groups of staff. An analysis of the role of the sector "Tourism" in the economy of Europe and Bulgaria in particular is made. The analysis found space for issues for the organization of education and training in tourism. Analysis of the key factors and driving forces for change, and strategies for managing and motivating human resources, increasing the competence of the workforce is made also.

Analysis of workforce competence in the economic sector of specialized construction activities – 2013

The analysis highlights the role of the sector in the economy of Bulgaria and cites as the most promising in the coming years the transport infrastructure, environmental protection and green building. Takes stock of the workforce and its educational level. Outlined are new jobs and professions and deficient skills. The document contains forecasts for the sector and recommendations for improving the business environment and regulatory climate.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the economic sector of Chemical products manufacturing – 2013

The document examines and analyzes the emerging trends in production sector "Chemical Industry" in the European Union and Bulgaria in the last ten years. It has shown the importance of the sector to the gross domestic product, imports and exports and creating new jobs. Referrence to productivity and comparisons are made with other sectors. Presented is an analysis of the impact of the legislation in the EU and the country and are given the impacts on the development of innovation and rapid implementation of efficient technologies and minimizing the negative impact on the quality of the environment and human health. Based on the analysis of developments in technology are presented analysis of the conformity of competencies of service and management personnel on production efficiency. There have been findings, conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
