Analysis of the workforce competences in the sector of electrical equipment manufactoring – 2013

In this document is considered the state of the economic parameters, administrative environment, labor, and the factors that influence them in the "Production of electrical equipment.". A detailed study of trends in management of human resources in the sector is made, taking into account expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020. Leading focus in the study is probabilistic forecast of new knowledge, skills, competencies and occupations in the sector, together with an outline of scarce jobs, professions, specialties, skills and competencies.

Analysis of sector “Production of machines and eqiupment with general and special purposes” - 2013

This analysis highlights the specifics in the condition and expected changes in the quantitative, structural and qualitative characteristics of the workforce in the machinery sector. An expert assessment of the expected changes in employment, occupations and qualifications in the sector is made. Presented are views on expected changes in skills and competences of the workforce in terms of trends in machine production and possible strategies and policies of enterprises. Formulated are the main problems in the system of continuing professional education in the machinery sector.

Analysis of the workforce competences in the electric vehicles sector – 2013

The document reviews the state of the sector and its place in the economy of Bulgaria at the moment. It pays particular attention to the prospects for development. Key conclusions: In the next 15 years is expected electric cars to reach a market share of 3% in the automobile sector worldwide. Prices of electric vehicles will fall slowly, but in the long term there are no alternative electric driven systems. Therefore, electric cars are of vital importance for the automobile industry and its survival. Until imposing them, however, the industry will be facing unprecedented investment needs to be combined with extremely limited potential for profit.
