Analysis of workforce competence in the economic sector of specialized construction activities – 2012

The purpose of this analysis is to present the state over the past four years and the trends in developments in the sector "Specialised construction activities" in order to study the status of employees in this sector and the need for new knowledge, skills and competencies. A review of strategies for managing human resources and proposed methods of dealing with deficits in human capital is made.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the economic sector of soft drinks and bottled water manufacturing – 2012

The document analyzes the main trends in the quantitative and qualitative indicators in the development of the sector "Soft drinks and bottled water" in Bulgaria in recent years and the impact of the economic crisis on employment. Studied are the main factors that influence the development of human resources. Attention is paid for demographic features in the sector. Analyzed is the educational level and skills of workers in the sector. Made are a prognosis for the sector, possible expectations in its technological and structural development set expectations for the need for the emergence of new professions, specialties and jobs. The concerned question is the need for new skills and competencies in the sector. Described are examples of good practices, policies and management systems of pay and incentives. Pointed out are weaknesses in the system of vocational training of students, and the relationship between business and the education system.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the economic sector of Chemical products manufacturing – 2012

The document analyzes the emerging trends in the production of refined products and plastic products in the European Union and Bulgaria in the last ten years. It has shown the importance of the sector to the gross domestic product; imports and exports and the formation of surplus value and creating new jobs. The document is referred to productivity and comparisons are made with other sectors. Presented is an analysis of the impact of the legislation in the EU and the country and are given the impacts on the development of innovation and rapid implementation of efficient technologies and minimizing the negative impact on the quality of the environment and human health. On the basis of the presented analysis of the development of technology are presented analysis of the conformity of competencies of the operational and management personnel on production efficiency. There have been findings, conclusions and recommendations for improvement.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the economic sector of Transportation and transport-related activities - 2012

This analysis examines the economic parameters of the state administrative environment, and the main factors influencing the dynamics of labor demands and their development of "Transport" sector focusing primarily on sub "Warehousing and support activities for transportation." The main factual material relates primarily to businesses and organizations affiliated to the employers' organization "Association for training in transport." Besides data from official statistical sources, the used literature and communication with the management of some of the companies selected, the people preparing the analysis expose their expert opinion based on their experience, available information and the pan-European and global practices. Formulates are recommendations related to other tasks and subsequent stages of project implementation, including change of regulations and other documents relating to the wider context and of the whole sector "Transport".

Analysis of the workforce competence in computer and communication equipment, electronic and optical products manufacturing sector – 2012

The purpose of this document is to deepen the study of trends in human resources management in the "Electronic Industry and Informatics", taking into account expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020. Leading focus of the study is a probabilistic forecast of new skills, competencies and occupations in the sector, together with an outline of scarce jobs, professions, specialties, skills and competencies. The main conclusions are focused on the goals and objectives of the project MyCompetence, as are formulated also recommendations related to the development of the sector, including changing regulations.
