Analysis of the workforce competence in the economic sector of wood and furniture industry - 2012

The purpose of this document is to create a strategy for the management and motivation of human resources and improving workforce competence based on analysis of economic performance and the qualification of employees in the sector "Wood and Furniture industry". The analysis covers emerging trends in production of wood and furniture in the EU and the country in the last ten years. Shown is the importance of these sectors on the economy, import and export of production, the formation of added value and create new jobs. The document is referred to the qualification of employees in the sector "Wood" and "Manufacture of furniture" and comparisons are made. Presented is an analysis of the risk factors affecting the production of wood and furniture. Based on an analysis and development of technology are formulated conclusions about existing and expected to appear new professions, specialties and jobs for service and for managerial staff. There have been findings, conclusions and recommendations for improving the situation in the two sectors.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the machinery sector – 2012

The purpose of this analysis is to identify the specifics of the situation and expected changes in the quantitative, structural and qualitative characteristics of the workforce in the machinery sector. There is an appropriate use of criteria and indicators for characterization and evaluation of the economic situation, changes in the quantity and vocational qualification structure of the workforce. An expert assessment of the expected changes in employment, occupations and qualifications in the sector is made.

Analysis of the workforce competence in the Tourism sector – 2012

The purpose of this document is to deepen the study of trends in human resource management in the sector "Tourism", taking into account expected changes in technological and organizational terms for 2014-2020. Leading focus of the study is a probabilistic forecast of new skills, competencies and occupations in the sector, together with an outline of scarce jobs, professions, specialties, skills and competencies.

Analysis of the workforce competences in the wholesale sector – 2012

Purpose of this document is research and analysis of trends in human resources management in the sector "Wholesale" and taking into account expected changes in technological and organizational terms for the period 2014 – 2020. The main focus throughout the analysis is human resources, competencies, professions and jobs. Most attention is paid to the framing of scenarios and forecasts for the development of human resources and research expectations to change knowledge and skills in the sector. The document analyzed the age and educational - qualification structure of employees. There are examined issues concerning the education and training of employees. Defined are scarce jobs, professions and specialties in the sector. Conclusions are available and are expected to appear new professions, specialties and jobs.

Analysis of the workforce competences within the sector of milk processing and dairy products manufacturing – 2012

Purpose of this document is research and analysis for baseline and expected developments in the sector "Processing of milk and milk products" (SSRUs) and its economic importance, as well as factors that directly affect its condition and development. Most attention is paid to the human resources, their age and educational qualification structure and trends of their development. Analyzed are key staff groups, as are presented in detail the basic requirements for different groups of staff. There are examined issues concerning the education and professional training as key factors and driving forces for change.

Analysis of the workforce competences in the retail sector – 2012

The purpose of this analysis is to present the state over the past four years and the trends of development processes in the "retail" with a view to study the status of employees in this sector and the need for new knowledge, skills and competencies. Used are national and international sources - NSI, NSSI, and Eurostat. A review of strategies for managing human resources and proposed methods of dealing with deficits in human capital is made.
